Shortwave radio enthusiasts around the world are fortunate to have access to a software-defined radio (SDR) hosted at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands. Each online user can tune the radio independently- but the time of day and atmospheric conditions will affect what the radio's antenna can pick up.
